All ready-to-ship (non custom) orders ship within 5 business days after the order is placed. If you've added a monogram to your item, it will still fall within the 5 business day shipping window.
Custom color wallets ship 2 weeks after the order is placed.
Custom color bags ship 3 weeks after the order is placed.
If you need your item faster, feel free to reach out and ask. Depending on my workload in a given week, I may be able to work on your item and get it shipped out sooner. No promises, but it never hurts to ask!
Once your item ships out, you will receive a shipping notification via the email you provided at checkout, including shipment tracking information.
All Lolafalk products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Please note that Lolafalk is not liable for lost or stolen packages, nor responsible for additional shipping charges if the packages are returned to my studio due to customer absence, customer errors in addresses or package refusal.
I'm also not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout - but please note that I can accommodate corrections if they are caught by the customer before shipping. Please contact me to provide corrected shipping details if necessary.
Domestic (U.S.) Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail - FREE! Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery within the U.S.
International Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, which may be pricey, but I find to be the most reliable (never had a lost package in the hundreds I've sent abroad yet). Please note that shipping costs are "pass through" costs - meaning I do NOT profit from them. I will only charge you what the post office charges me to ship your item internationally. Please allow 10-14 business days for international delivery.
International Orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. Any funds of this nature are due upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lolafalk is not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs charges required by your home country's regulations.
Please note that if a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier to resolve any issues, and provide additional funds as required by your home country's regulations.
Please note that I will not mark International Orders as a gift.
Returns & Exchanges
My customer's happiness is priority #1 for me. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, I will honor returns and/or exchanges within 10 days of delivery.
Please contact me here to inform me of the return or exchange, and to receive details on where to ship the item(s) back.
Return shipping charges are covered by the customer. Item(s) must be shipped in a hard box for bags or padded envelope for wallets; wrapped in their original packaging; and include insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery. The shipment tracking number must be sent to me within 24 hours of when you shipped the item out, and the item must be in the exact condition it was received in order for me to accept the return and proceed with a refund or exchange. If the item is found to be used and not resalable, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
All items are meticulously inspected while I make them and before shipment; however please message me the day of delivery if you find any issues when you receive your item(s) so that I may make things right for you.
Please note that I must receive the package back to my studio within 10 days of original delivery.
